Had occasion to stop by and see what was up in the Castle Rock and South Denver area and find once again my Favorite Food Truck “Philly On the Go”. As far as this type of food I’m always surprised. And I was, the food is great the service is awesome. B put the Truck its Staff and Food menu in a brick and mortar Restaurant. It would fair well And Beyond Expectations. But for my choice I enjoy the ambiance and flavorful food from “ the Philly on the GO!” As the top tier over quick food with a traditional restaurant. You won be disappointed.. JRS

I am really disappointed. I spent nearly $90 on four sandwiches. For that price it better be the best Philly I’ve ever had and this food is easily in the bottom 3. I’ve eaten at incredible restaurants and spent less to feed my family. The owner of this truck should be ashamed. Truly no idea how they are still in business.

I was skeptical because of the low rating but took a gamble because I didn't feel like cooking and it was convenient.🤭 I was surprisingly happy with the food. It was a little pricey but everything is these days. The owner was nice and friendly which will win my business every time. I had a special request and she didn't hesitate or upcharge me. One thing I would've liked is if my bread was warmed or toasted but other than that, I will definitely be back!!!
