We visited the La Roja food truck in Carlsbad during a visit with friends in town. What a great experience talking with the owners! Their enthusiasm and positivity was infectious. They love making great food for their customers and it shows through in every bite. Our group had a variety of their breakfast burritos and all of them were stunningly tasty. I travel a LOT and when I'm in the Southwest I always look for a great breakfast burrito. When passing through Carlsbad, NM this is the place you must seek out. One of the best ever! You will not be disappointed!!

We arrived right before closing on Sunday and they welcomed us like they had just opened! We had a party of five people, most of us ordered the burritos and one ordered the tacos and everybody thought their food was delicious. I don’t normally order from a food truck because I’m always skeptical, but there was no disappointments here! Thank you!! Happy New Year!!

La Roja Food Truck is amazing! The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the customer service is wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance!

I recently visited a food truck that completely blew me away with their tacos al pastor. The meat was perfectly marinated and cooked, with that delicious, slightly crispy edge that I love. Each taco was packed with flavor, and the toppings were fresh and vibrant. Beyond the incredible tacos, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, quick, and super helpful in guiding me through the menu. You can tell they take pride in what they do, which made the whole experience even better. If you're looking for some seriously good tacos al pastor or just authentic Mexican food and with excellent service, this food truck is a must-try. I can't wait to go back!
