We had catering for a 15-person lunch meeting in Albuquerque. Amazing food and service. We had Navajo Tacos, Pozole, and Blue corn mush. Alex was able to accommodate dietary needs and has many menu options and types of food available!

Thought about having lunch here but the customer service was awful. The owner Alex was rude, pushy, and just seemed like he did not want our business. He made my group feel extremely uncomfortable, we decided to take our business to a place that seemed like they want to help us with good customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars this is unacceptable.

Alex and his crew have catered events in Shiprock and Tuba City for our org. The service is excellent, Alex is detail-oriented, and collaborative on menu options. Plus, the food is always amazing!

Bidii Chidi is an amazing food truck with a rotating, delicious menu. Alex does his best at routinely setting up at different locations too so various people can access his food truck. Alex is also clearly a great cook! He changes things up based on the weather AND in-season produce which results in a wonderful, modern palate of Navajo/Southwestern flavors. BC has also done special orders for big events, like brisket/pulled pork/desert cups for the Super Bowl, which were also exceptional. As if people need more reasons to support Bidii Chidi, BC also regularly does fundraisers and donates all proceeds to various causes which makes being a BC patron that much easier. Thanks BC for being such a positive source of food and altruism in the communities you visit. It is not overlooked!
