"Thai by Tom completely made our 27th anniversary unforgettable! We ordered the pad Thai, and it was absolutely fabulous—perfectly seasoned and authentic. But the real showstopper was the dessert. They made us a custom mango cheesecake topped with meringue that was out of this world. It is rare to find this level of culinary talent and care in a food truck. Incredible food, wonderful service, and a memorable celebration. We will definitely be back!" It is definitely made with Love!

We work on the road and this is a stop every time we are in town! Always delicious fresh food. Get the drunken noodle add little extra sauce, no doubt you will be coming back for more! Thanks Tom! See you next week

I highly recommend visiting this food truck at least once. It’s run by a Thai chef, and the flavors are really good. I opted for the maximum spice level for my Pad Kra Pao, and it was just as fiery and satisfying as back home in Thailand (they offer various spice levels to suit your preference). Another must try is their Thai tea, it’s excellent and provides the perfect balance to the spicy food. It honestly made me feel nostalgic. Anyone who loves Thai cuisine should definitely give it a go!

Yesterday was a beautiful day to eat outside so we decided to try this food truck. They offer a menu with plenty of variety including rice, noodle, vegetarian and choices of proteins. We had Pad Thai, Teriyaki chicken and fried rice - everything was prepared perfectly and delicious. We also had the appetizer sampler which includes crab ragoon, dumplings, egg roll & spring rolls, yummy. Welcoming & friendly owners. Very cute little spot to enjoy good food.
