Stopped by while they are cooking in the Dollar General Parking lot. Intersection of Tarrant Rd and New Castle. They are legit! Ribs and smoked chicken are on point! They even smoke the Mac & Cheese! Can't wait till they start the briskets next week.

What a great surprise from a quick run to the dollar store and deciding to try this food truck for our dinner tonight. The Ribs were delicious, tender yet the Okra & Baked Beans were seriously the best I’ve had in years! This was a quick picture of the menu today.
