Worth the wait. You know it is good when it is the only truck with a consistent line! Sushi was fresh and wide variety of creative roll options, sashimi, bowls and apps.

i come here often. the gyoza in fantastic. the spicy tuna roll is fantastic. the crab rangoons are great. i just got the tempura salmon roll for the first time and WOW. just perfect. i highly recommend this place!!

This review is long overdue as I have probably eaten here 20 times now, but I can say that Maki Maki is consistently delicious and some of the most legit sushi you will find here in Bend. The rice-to-fish ratio is spot on (they don’t use a ton of rice on their rolls) so you really taste the flavor of the sushi as opposed to just filling up on rice. My favorite rolls are the Edison and Sunshine rolls, both of which are gluten-free. They have also accommodated a GF salmon poke bowl, which had a delicious sweet sauce and loads of fish. Be sure to check them out at The Lot if you’re in the area!

Got sushi from here for my birthday and everything tasted AMAZING! Easily the best sushi in Bend. The volcano roll was my favorite, and the Edison was a close second. The burrito roll may seem a little menacing, but tasted surprisingly fresh and had a great selection of ingredients!

Food was great and came out quick. The fish and shrimp they use is super fresh and great quality. Only complaint was it seems like they mix the cream cheese mix for the won tons with something warm because the cheese was separating by the time we got them, however the crab in them was fresh and tasted real and not like imitation crab so that was a plus.
