I am writing to share my concerns regarding a recent visit. While the service at the register was excellent, the kitchen standards were unacceptable. I observed the cook partying in his car between orders; he entered the kitchen to prepare my food without performing any hand hygiene. Consequently, the food quality was poor—the meat and tortillas were hard and appeared to have been sitting out. Given that several other reviews mention similar experiences, it seems there is a systemic issue with food safety and quality control that needs to be addressed.

Los Regio’s is a food truck in a food court in the parking lot of the Sunoco gas station near the stadium. Los Enpalmes are excellent.

Small, fast with some amazing food! Went with the Nunca he venido (Never been here) and the Tacos Tlaquepaque…and man the sauce that came with these was pure 🔥🔥the service was spot on and super friendly …definitely on our radar for a return visit!

I got the Al vapor tacos on Sunday. They only sell it on the weekend. One order has 5 tacos. Done with only beans, some with meat, some with potatoes. It was around $18 for two orders. The green sauce compliment the tacos really well. The tacos were also delicious. Minus one star because the tacos were actually pretty small. Their tacos doraditos are nicely done too! I got pastor inside, and the outside is nice and crunchy with cheese inside. Overall, I recommend!
